Worthington Market Day
Saturday, September 23
Participants & Volunteers Needed
Saturday, September 23rd is Worthington’s Market Day! This is a great opportunity to sell some art while exposing the community to WAAL and the varied talents of its members. Make plans now to display your art and/or volunteer at the WAAL booth.
Members may display up to three (3) pieces of 2D art (not larger than 16″ x 20″). All hanging pieces must have wire hangers. Members are encouraged to also bring matted pieces , note cards, smaller works, 3D pieces, and jewelry, etc., along with something that can be used to display them. Clearly label all pieces with price and artist’s name. There is no fee for this event and all sales go 100% to the artist.
For the event to be successful, we need your participation and help.
Volunteers to work the booth are needed in one or two hour shifts between 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Set up volunteers are needed from 7:30 a.m.-9:00 a.m. Take down volunteers work from 4:30-5:30 p.m.

What a great presentation Charles Rowland made to the WAAL membership on Thursday night, thank you so much Charlie!
Yesterday I received these links from him. He touched on all of these artists and topics – so the lesson continues.
Enjoy the following and please thank Charlie for all the great information.
Thanks also to our President Diana for arranging for Mr. Rowland’s presentation.
