>>>> Next meeting – September’s Speaker
You all are speakers this month…
for our Annual “Show and Tell” night. This is the opportunity for you to share something you have been working on over the summer. It may be something new to you, a continuation of your work or just something you love and are having so much fun with. What ever you like. We all want to see what you are doing!
Please bring 1 piece to share with the membership.

>>>> GRANVILLE OPPORTUNITY
>> GRANVILLE OPPORTUNITY
>> June 24 the Central Ohio Plein Air (COPA) painted in Granville. While there, the Granville area Chamber of Commerce (officer) approached several of the painters to find out about COPA and WAAL. It appears we can help them while helping ourselves. After many emails and phone calls we are on their books for two great events.
>> Sept. 16 8:30-Noon We have four tables/chairs and two tents at their FARMERS MARKET. No fee or commission. We can display our group signs, have paintings and group and personal business cards. He would like to see folks painting at the tent but can also be nearby. We will be at the chambers tent (as their feature group). They support a different small business each Saturday.
>> Oct. 7 Noon-6 (maybe to 8pm) We will be given the tents and tables at one or more of the following locations: Opera House Park (corner of 37 and Broadway), Buxton Inn, and Granville Inn. This will be during their ARTWALK. Get this!! During Denison University’s Homecoming “Big Red Weekend/alumni weekend”. There will also be the Bryn Du quilt show event on that day.
>> The Chamber contact is looking into publicizing our group and location in their hand out bags, emails to alumni, and through their normal artwalk publications. Again, free to us.
>> I will ask that you RSVP (by Sept. 11 and Oct. 1) so I can give the Chamber a heads up for set up. Diana email@example.com <mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org>
